Founder & Principal Designer
Niti Bhatt is Principal Designer and Founder of Aarvana, a multidisciplinary interior design studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working across residential and boutique hospitality environments in the United States and internationally.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from CEPT University and a Master's degree in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Her relationship with design began long before formal study, shaped by early encounters with architecture during her travels and a global upbringing that fostered an intuitive understanding of proportion, light, and spatial rhythm. This early sensitivity to place, culture, and spatial experience continues to inform her design perspective today.
With over 20 years of experience in luxury design, her practice spans residential, commercial, and hospitality environments across the United States and the United Kingdom, with a focused lens on luxury homes and boutique hospitality. Her work includes Kohler Co. (Destination Kohler hospitality design), Gensler San Francisco, and leading residential practices across the United States. Her work moves fluidly between scales and typologies - balancing precision with restraint, and intimacy with grandeur.
